Crows are some of my favorite subjects to use in art. Sometimes I can draw them, other times I can't. For those times I can't, I use stencils. I took a photo of a crow, made the photograph on photo paper and cut it out with an exacto knife.
Now I can "cheat".

love love love these with the crows. i've started making stencils of the crows too. they are a little quirky to draw each time. i always want to give them a neck....

They always tell the aspiring models on America's Next Top Model (with Tyra Banks) to "stretch out their necks" or "elongate" their necks. Hee hee, your just trying to make models out of your crows!

Thank you! First, the pieces are wonderful in and of themselves. Second, I have been trying to figure out how to get a larger sized "stamp" of a crow/raven! You have provided the answer :)
